Effective creation of media brand strategy to achieve optimal return on investment.
Effective management of generic media planning channel to ensure optimal return on investment.
Generic media channel analyses on an on-going basis to ensure delivery at an optimal P-factor.
Research, identify and analyse all marketing opportunities to ensure that maximum productivity is achieved and aligned to Company strategy.
Effective management of generic media buying through building long and short term media partner relationships.
Continual assessment and refinement of strategy to ensure optimisation of strategy, budget, target markets and Company objectives.
Responsible for portfolio media management through collaboration with key internal stakeholders e.g Brand Managers, in order to achieve the the company target.
Keep up to date with developments in the market in order to identify, explore and possibly implement Media innovation and improvement.
Responsible for all aspects of staff resourcing, succession planning, management and development ensuring the right people are in place to support service delivery, achieving production and performance targets at all times.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
Grade 12 (Standard 10) with University Entrance (NQF4) with Mathematics
A relevant three-year Business related degree / diploma in a Commerce (e.g. Marketing, Media, Advertising) related discipline
At least five years' experience within a Management related role
At least five to eight years' experience in Media Advertising Environment
