Deep VR is Africa's leading virtual reality studio. Deep VR has produced high-end cinematic VR for nearly 4 years and filmed VR experiences in 10 countries and counting.
Our team is looking for a young, multi-disciplined, administration-focused person to fulfil a combination of the following job roles:
1. Office manager - front of house manager at reception, answering phonecalls, opening and locking the office, managing small storage area, managing filming equipment, updating stock lists & inventories, purchasing or overseeing the purchase of office consumables (stationery and milk/coffee/sugar/cleaning equipment), liaising with suppliers for office and shoot-related items, organising receipts + leave forms and other admin-related documentation neatly and keeping it in good order.
2. Traffic manager - help with managing the post-production schedule and resources, looking after the commitments to inbound work and managing outbound deadlines alongside client service for the whole post-production process.
3. Personal assistant - being available to the directors to help manage personal tasks
4. Ad hoc - being willing to help with VR demos, meeting clients, being on shoots to assist.
Must have at least two years experience as a traffic manager/coordinator at an advertising agency or similar.
Meticulousness, high attention to detail, passion for the media industry, good organisation skills
