The ideal candidate will have a minimum five years of personal sales experience and a minimum five of years sales management experience, will understand the dynamics of a complex sale and has a proven track record.

We are looking for you if you are inspirational, highly organised and resourceful, with the ability to lead, develop and coach a team of four Business Development Consultants who have experience in selling to Senior Executives.
Duties and responsibilities: (Key Delivery Areas):
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Attend weekly meetings with Business Development Consultants
Provide assistance during important deal negotiations and when engaging with key customers
Encourage relationship building with BDC’s and their clients to assist with the long sales cycle
Create solutions tailored to client’s business needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Position the ThinkSales capabilities in a way valued by the customer and superior to the competition
Ensure key daily and weekly performance metrics are achieved
Training and coaching of the sales team to deliver outstanding results
Qualifications and experience:
Fiveyears’ experience in selling
Five years’ experience in sales management
A successful sales management track record of growing revenue
Enjoys working in a structured and demanding environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and computer skills
Experience in selling to C-level executives
Advantageous: Bachelor's Degree
Advantageous: Fluent in Afrikaans
Advantageous: Leading team/s through complex sales
A CTC basic of between R30,000 - R45,000 per month that includes medical aid, retirement contribution and travel and cell phone allowances. The basic is negotiable up to 10% above current earnings and a proven track record. Excellent monthly, quarterly and annual commissions which range from R200k plus per annum. Annual earnings are not capped.
Receive training on international training programs worth R130,000 plus
