An exciting opportunity within a new division (Legal Project Management) of a leading global law firm exists for an Analyst. You will have the opportunity to join an entirely new division within the firm and create your own footprint.
The IT Learning Team Assistant works with the IT Learning Management team (the Global IT Learning Manager, and two IT Learning Managers) provides administrative support to the Global IT Learning team ensuring that a professional and efficient service is provided to the firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the schedules of the Global IT Learning team
Plan and organise the schedules of classroom and WebEx-based training with sign off from the IT Learning Managers
Schedule training and keep accurate records of who has attended training globally using the relevant Learning Management Systems
Arrange cover for IT trainers in the event of absence and communicate absences to relevant parties
Work with the Training Project Analysts and the IT Learning Managers, and Global IT Learning Manager to determine rollout and training schedules and resolving resourcing issues. Participate in project meetings where scheduling input is required
Schedule regular Train the Trainer sessions for all trainers
Schedule online live sessions for trainers to hear delegates questions and gain insight in preparation for new courses
Skills and Experience:
Experience in providing administrative support to a team of people
Experience of scheduling training/calendars in a team
Good knowledge of MS Office (ideally MS Office 2010), in particular Outlook
Experience using an LMS
A-Levels or equivalent
Experience in the Corporate environment
